I got these boots for christmas loved them ,but to small. I put them in the mail to exchange on monday and received my new ones that fit perfect on wednsday.(order your normal boot size not classic ugg boot size) I was so surprised, THANK YOU for great service.

Boots just arrived and they are great!! So cute and I love the burnished chestnut color. The fit was wonderful. I usually wear an 8-8.5 and I ordered the 8. They are pretty comfortable but I only gave them 4 stars because after wearing them in the house for about a half hour or so, I realized I'll probably need to get some sort of heel cushion insert if I intend to be on my feet for a while in these. Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase and I got the best deal here!

Never wanted a pair of UGGS, as everyone has them, just too popular! Then I saw the Lynnea, called every shoe store in NYC to no avail, found them at the little Shoe store in upstate NY...and splurged on them. Customer service was helpful- i ordered accurately.
The suede boots arrived in 3 days! They are just a beautiful color. Thank you so much! Happy New Year!

Just received and tried on my gorgeous black suede Ugg Lynnea and they are simply beautiful. I have always wanted to invest in a pair of Uggs but never saw a pair that i really liked. I am so glad i waited for theses, they are so worth the wait. Love them!!
