The Professional shoe is Dansko's best-selling comfort clog. Millions of Dansko fans could not be wrong. A favorite clog for culinary staff, health care workers, and teachers who are on their feet all day. This is the preferred shoe for walking on high impact surfaces such as tile and concrete and are the most impact resistant shoes that we are aware of. Remember, allow for room in the back as it will go up and down as you step just like a normal clog.

Outsole Features:
The Stapled Clog Collection by Dansko proudly carries the Seal of Acceptance from the American Podiatric Medical Association. The Stapled clog outsoles are designed to be suitable in everyday work where there are excesses of vegetable oils and animal fats. Slip resistance tests have been conducted by STARA, the world's leading research and technology organization for the shoe industry.
The Stapled Clog outsoles were tested for slip resistance against the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) F1677-96 standard using the Mark II machine. The shoes were tested on dry, wet, oily, and oily-wet surface conditions using red quarry tile.

I'm a 30 year old Maxillofacial Surgeon (no kiding). I usually spend 10 or 14 hours standing in the same point at the operating room. I have used any kind of shoes, sneakers like Nike Shox, Adidas, Puma, clogs like Crocs (please donīt use them), Keen, Birkenstock, but Dansko, these ugly shoes are the best invention for my feet. I have 3 pairs of the pro clogs and they are the best, I canīt walk and be long lasting sanding without them.

I'm 74 years old and conduct training seminars nearly every day of the week. I have worn Dansko Professional shoes every day since January 2006 while conducting my seminars. They are great! I'm buying a second pair, so I can change shoes each day. These are the best shoes I have ever worn. Where were they when I was a young man?!
