I just bought a pair of these yesterday, my first really luxury shoes. You can see the difference in quality, understated and with a really attractive leather (mine are the dark brown burnished calf). Today was the first time I wore them and I had them on all day and even went for a long walk at lunchtime. These are excellent shoes backed by a company with really good service. They were very efficient when I placed and order for the matching belt from them direct (Allen-Edmonds). A fine product that will last you for years and years.
