I highly recommend these boots. I alternated 2 pairs of these boots during a 15-month deployment to Iraq. They're as comfortable as my running shoes, and not much heavier. They also breathe a lot better than any other boots I've used, to include jungle boots. They're also less expensive than the vast majority of military boots out there. They're cut a little lower than most combat boots, so they they don't offer as much ankle support as most combat boots, but their light weight, comfort, and flexibility more than make up for this.
