These are great shoes. I wear size 10, and the 43s fit like a glove right out of the box. They are extremely comfy and have plenty of arch support.
Be aware that they are a little boxy/dorky looking, so you will not be a fashion plate in these, that is the only thing that prevents me from giving them a 5.
