Shipping Policy
Free shipping is available for orders over $60.00 in the US (not including Alaska and Hawaii) and for orders over $200.00 in Canada and Puerto Rico. We ship via UPS for all continental U.S. orders. For all other destinations and P.O boxes we us the U.S Postal Service via priority mail or air parcel post. Canadian flat rate shipping is $15 and Alaska and Hawaii is a flat rate of $7.50. Upon request we offer free standard shipping for Alaska and Hawaii orders. We're currently working towards implementing this permanent change in our checkout pages. Feel free to checkout and then email us to manually change it as well.
We typically deliver within 4-9 business days with our Free Ground Shipping. This is a general indicator and not a guaranteed service. Business days are Monday through Friday, and do not include major national holidays. We only ship and deliver on business days. Stock items are shipped from our New York location. You can expect delivery to be longer or shorter depending on your proximity to our NY location.
Express Shoe Orders
Overnight and Express orders received after 11:00am Eastern time may not ship until the following business day. ex: Overnight orders placed before 11:00 AM on a Friday would be delivered on the following Monday. Overnight orders placed on a Friday after 11:00 AM may not be delivered until the following Tuesday. If items you ordered are in stock we may still be able to dispatch orders placed up until 4:30 PM est. Please call 1-800-913-7463 or email us if you have special needs or if you would just like to know exactly when your item can be delivered, as it can depend on the item.
We do not guarantee our free shipping delivery by an exact date. We typically quote 1-9 business days. If you need your shipping date guaranteed, you must choose an expedited shipping option. In stock items typically ship the same day if placed before 3:00 PM est. Special order items can take up to 72 hours and in extreme cases longer to ship. We are a stock and special order company which means we advertise some popular styles which are not stocked and we rely on the manufacturer to quickly supply these items either by consumer direct shipments or by first delivering to our location and then shipping to you.
International Shipping
We ship quality footwear around the world. However, we can only accept credit cards based in the U.S. and Canada. If you would like products shipped to you abroad, we accept PayPal and Western Union payments. We need to verify stock for you first so we ask that you email or call us with your desired style, color, and size. We will verify stock for you and create an order for you and then instruct you on making the payment. We will hold your items while awaiting your payment. You are issued an order number to refer to and the process is very easy to complete. Shipping cost is $28.00 for the first pair and then $10.00 per additional pair per order.
All prices are in U.S. dollars, and they do not include any duty or taxes charged by the country of delivery, including Canada.
